Start your day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel. Prepare for an exciting exploration of Pokhara, a city that harmoniously blends spirituality with natural beauty. Our first stop is the Devi's Waterfall, locally known as Patale Chhango. Marvel at this magnificent waterfall that disappears into an underground tunnel, offering a spectacular display of nature's power. The waterfall originates from the Phewa Lake and then plunges into a deep and narrow canal, creating a powerful stream that eventually vanishes underground. The sight of water plunging down and disappearing into the earth is mesmerizing and has a mysterious charm to it. The depth of the waterfall is unknown, adding to its mystique. The name "Devi's Waterfall" is derived from a tragic incident involving a Swiss couple. According to local lore, a woman named Devi was bathing below the falls when the waters suddenly swelled, sweeping her into an underground passage beneath the falls. Her body was recovered three days later, and the falls were named in her memory. After the waterfall, we head to the Vindhya Vasini Temple, a center of faith dedicated to Goddess Vindhya Vasini. The temple showcases exquisite local architecture and is a beacon of peace and spirituality. Following the temple visit we move to view the Seti River Gorge from the suspension bridge that cross the river, offering breathtaking views of the river far below. These bridge connect local communities and are vital for daily commutes, yet they also provide a thrilling vantage point for visitors. After lunch, we embark on an adventure to the Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave Temple, one of the longest caves in Nepal. This cave houses a sacred Shiva temple and offers a unique blend of spirituality and natural wonder, with limestone formations and a view of the waterfall from within the cave. The evening is dedicated to leisure and relaxation at Fewa Lake. We visit the Tal Barahi Temple, an island temple located in the middle of Fewa Lake. This two-story pagoda is dedicated to the goddess Barahi and offers a serene environment for prayer and meditation. After that we Enjoy a tranquil boat ride on the lake, surrounded by the spectacular Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges, reflecting on the calm waters.
